Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee Alexey Miller visits CNPC

On March 13, a Gazprom delegation led by Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Management Committee, paid a visit to CNPC in Beijing, where they had friendly talks with CNPC President Zhou Jiping. Also present at the meeting were Vitaly Markelov and Alexander Medvedev, Deputy Chairmen of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Wang Dongjin, CNPC Vice President.

The two sides agreed to further develop strategic partnership and reached a consensus on pushing forward the cooperation project of the east and west lines of the Russia-China Gas Pipeline. They also compared notes on a wide range of issues covering construction of gas storages, technological exchange and personnel training, etc.
